Before the program, baseball for him was just going through the motions. He’d show up, do what coaches or his parents suggested, mix random workouts from Instagram, and hope things improved. There wasn’t any real structure or plan for the future.
Once we gave him a clear weekly system speed work, strength training, and baseball-specific movements…everything started to click.
Instead of long conditioning runs, he focused on short burst sprint work like 5-10-5 shuttles and explosive training. His strength improved, his speed jumped, and now he’s running close to a 7.1 sixty and getting the green light to steal bases.
The biggest change though wasn’t just physical. Before joining, he had never emailed a college coach because he lacked confidence. Once he started improving and had a clear recruiting system, he began reaching out consistently.
